Marketing candidate wins Gold Medallion in Zimbabwe

While working as the Programme Secretary for the World Wildlife Fund Programme Office in Harare Fenia Kupeta decided to pursue a career in Marketing. A student of the Open Learning Centre, Harare, Fenia sat the Marketing examination as part of the LCCI Group Diploma in Marketing, and achieved a First in the World Gold Medallion for Marketing Third Level.

As Fenia explains, she quickly reaped the rewards of her Gold Medallion: ‘My success in obtaining the LCCI Group Diploma in Marketing enabled me to secure a position with SK Pertec, where my responsibilities involve assisting in the marketing and sales of the company’s products. I expect to become an Account Executive or Marketing Officer in a short space of time.’

Recruitment agencies in Harare have assured Fenia that, with further experience, her LCCI qualifications will soon lead her into a marketing management position.
